Recruiting Coordinator, Legal (Downtown Los Angeles, Hybrid)
We're partnering with an established, nationally growing law firm to find a Recruiting Coordinator for its Downtown Los Angeles office.
What you'll do: You will be the organizational backbone of the firm's attorney hiring. You'll line up interview days for experienced lawyers meeting with firm leaders, make sure every interviewer's input gets captured, and keep candidates informed and well cared for from first conversation to first day. As new attorneys arrive, you'll help plan their welcome, from introductions to orientation, and keep the follow-up list moving.
