STAFFING INDUSTRY SALES REP| HOUSTON, TX | BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

We’re looking for a driven, competitive sales professional who knows how to build relationships, open doors, and turn prospects into long-term clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed established sales goals
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
Identify opportunities within the oil & gas, industrial, construction, manufacturing, transportation, and marine industries
Get in front of prospective customers to introduce SAVARD's staffing solutions and provide ongoing support
Conduct sales presentations, follow-up calls, and client meetings
Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs, overcome objections, and close business
Partner with field management to establish pricing for quotes and bids
Maintain accurate sales activity and client information in CRM systems
Monitor competitors, market conditions, pricing, and industry trends
Consistently meet weekly/monthly sales activity and production goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1+ year of experience in staffing or contract labor operations OR 3+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Strong customer-service mindset
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with staffing/industry rules and regulations is a plus
Willingness to work both on the road and in the office
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
